How is the channel structured at DDN?
The XPath™ Partner Program consists of 3 levels; Authorized, Diamond and Double Diamond. The Double Diamond is the highest level with the XPath™ program. The levels are based upon total partner commitment which includes meeting sales expectations and sales and technical certification achievement. The benefits of the program are commensurate with the total partner investment.
What is required to participate in DDN’s channel program?

What are the benefits of the DDN partner program?
The benefits of the program are commensurate with the total partner investment. Benefits include access to DataDirect Networks resources, opportunity registration, partner investment in training, sales and marketing programs, and participation in programs that are exclusive to each level.
What products are available through the channel?
At this time, the program focuses on the S2A6620 product. However, an authorized partner has access to the full line of DataDirect Networks product portfolio.
How can I register a customer opportunity with DDN?
The DataDirect Networks Opportunity Registration program is available for our authorized XPath™ partners. If you are not a partner, you should contact your regional channel manager to find out more information or simply apply online here. Once you are an authorized partner, you can log in to the secure partner portal and register your opportunities and much more.
Does a reseller purchase products directly through DDN?
At this time, partners purchase products directly from DDN.
Does DDN work with distribution partners?, If so, which ones?
We are in the process of evaluating distribution partnerships.
How is support handled? (reseller or DDN?)
DataDirect Networks offer partners the ability to resell DDN's professional services or to partner by offering the resellers own professional services Our expectation is that level 1 support for the products sold to a customer by an authorized reseller is provided by that reseller. There are also tremendous opportunities for resellers to offer up services around the DDN products.
